Residential Deposits
 
PLWC residential service deposits are $150 for a single phase electric service. Water/sewer and garbage are included in this deposit. Additional deposits are required for standard cable, cable internet and digital/high definition cable. Please call Customer Service at (870)239-7700 for a quote for cable internet or digital/high definition cable.

Waiver of Deposit
 
The deposit will be waived if a letter of credit from another utility is provided confirming twelve (12) consecutive months of prompt payments during the last 12 months of service.
